Without limiting the Consultant’s functions under the Project, such functions can be summarised as follows in relation with the Projects of Strategic Importance assigned to HRADF: Overall Program / Projects Management, Review of Design Documentation & Tendering Process management, Monitoring of Permitting Process, Construction Programmes Monitoring & Supervision, Financial Control, Construction Quality Control & Assurance (QA/QC), Completion Certificates and Requirements, Environmental and H&S Requirements.
