Ireland, Greece – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Kildare County Council- Provision of consultancy services related to undertaking of statutory SFRA and SWMS processes

Kildare County Council (KCC), as the Contracting Authority, is procuring Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA), at an appropriate scale, and Surface Water Management consultancy services to inform the following: (1) The preparation of land use plans, both statutory and non-statutory, amendments to land use plans; (2) The preparation of variations to the Kildare County Development Plan 2023-2029 (CDP); and (3) Any additional services that may be required during the term of the contract related to projects that may arise.
