Ireland – Construction work for buildings relating to education and research – Two storey four classroom extension and associated works to St Olaf's National School, Balally Drive, Dundrum, Dublin 16

Contractors are invited to tender for the construction of a two storey extension to the north side of St Olaf's National 1school consisting of two general classrooms and two special needs rooms on the ground floor and two general classrooms, a special needs room and disabled accessible toilet on the first floor. Development will involve minor site works. All works to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education and Skills Technical Guidance Documents. Restricted nature of the site should be noted and tendering Contractors should familiarise themselves with the existing spatial constraints. The existing school building will be in use during the contract period. Tendering Contractors should ensure that they have all resources available to commence works upon appointment and to meet pertinent handover dates.
