Ireland – Photographic and ancillary services – Request for Tenders to establish a Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Photography Services for Graduation Events for Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin)

TU Dublin wishes to establish a Framework to source and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced partner to provide Photography Services to TU Dublin. TU Dublin is seeking a company experienced in the supply of formal Graduate Photography Services to Third Level Institutes/Universities for its annual Conferring Ceremonies. A unified approach across TU Dublin is required. The service will comprise of two key strands: 1. The provision of photographic services to graduands, TU Dublin for graduation, on the basis of set prices outlined in the contract, with endorsement by TU Dublin as the official photographers for these occasions. A concession model for provision of photographic services to graduands, for which the provider will pay TU Dublin a fixed annual Concession fee, based on an agreed percentage of sales.
