This qualification system is introduced to be able to tender for several (framework) agreements and or Tender contracts for General Building and Civil Engineering Maintenance and Repair Works (including but not limited to) service areas detailed below A Qualification System for the Provision of General Building and Civil Engineering Maintenance and Repair Works to Uisce Éireann areas detailed below (including but not limited to) Lot 1 – General Building and Civil Engineering R and M Works (Emergency) Scope: Emergency and Urgent Reactive Civil Engineering Repair and Maintenance works and services for UE General Building and Civil Engineering works including Drinking Water and Waste Water Networks and ancillary structures. Lot 2 - R and M Works on Drinking Water and Waste Water Networks Scope: Non-Reactive Civil Engineering Repair and Maintenance Works and Services of UE Drinking Water and Waste Water Networks and ancillary structures. Lot 3 – R and M Works associated with General buildings Scope: Non-Reactive Civil Engineering Repair and Maintenance Works and services associated with UE Reservoirs, Dams, Tanks, Pump Stations, Treatment Works and Buildings. Lot 4 – General Vegetation and Removal and Site Clearance Works Scope : Non-Reactive Repair and Maintenance works and services for General Groundworks, including Vegetation Removal, Site Clearance Works, tree felling and boundary fencing. Lot 5 - R and M works associated with Reinstatement Scope : Non-Reactive Repair and Maintenance works associated with Permanent and temporary road and other surface reinstatements. Lot 6 – Leak Detection Scope: Leak Detection: Carry out leakage detection surveys, pro-actively monitoring and checking the integrity and operability of District Meter Areas (DMAs)
