Ireland – Architectural design services – Invitation to Tender for Architectural Consultancy Services for the implementation of New Modular Accommodation at Bray institute of Further Education

The Department of Education have given permission to KWETB to seek tenders for Architectural Consultancy Services for the implementation of New Modular Accommodation totalling approximately 390m² at Bray Institute of Further Education, Novara Road, Bray. It is envisaged that a comprehensive team comprising various disciplines will be engaged by an Architect possessing suitable experience to oversee all aspects of the project, from its inception to completion. The Architect is tasked with reviewing the scope of services and proposing any necessary additional details for scoping, including the direct appointment of supplementary consultants to facilitate the project's execution.
