Germany – Individual equipment – Contract Amendment No. 3 for the Production and optional In-Service Support of Night Vision Goggles (NVGs)

The purpose of Amendment 3 to the Contract for the Production and optional In-Service Support (ISS) of Night Vision Goggles (NVGs Contract Amdt 3) will cover the following: - execution of the option for the Additional Procurement N°2 of 16,041 (sixteen thousand and forty-one) NVG Sets DE and 8,594 (eight thousand five hundred and ninety-four) daylight filters, with deliveries starting in October 2024; - execution of the Initial ISS III DE Option, with deliveries starting in April 2025; - execution of the option for 8,423 (eight thousand four hundred and twenty-three) additional Head Mounting Systems for Germany, with deliveries starting in October 2024.
