In summary, the Services comprise of the provision of assistance to ComReg, if required, in relation to the creation of a Nuisance Communications Industry Forum to facilitate the implementation of the Decision Instruments (DIs) published in response to Consultation 23/52. OJEU Art 32 Justified the CA to proceed with Services Agreement executed with Service Provider Goolding Consultancy Ltd, Ireland on 12 September 2024, with Term as per 1.4 ( value of 1.4 term Euro 188,100.00) and 1.5 of published RFT on CFT 3839663 and OJEU TED 378798 2024.
