Ireland – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Single Party Framework Agreement for Works on around Suir Island and the Suir Blueway, and an Initial Contract for Works to be completed on Suir Island Gardens (TCC)

"Tipperary County Council wishes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for Contractors to carry out works on and around Suir Island and the Suir Blueway. The framework agreement will be established as a Single Party Framework Agreement, with the tenderer selected following the tender stage and the application of the selection and award criteria set out in the applicable Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and Instructions to Tenderer. Initial Contract - The proposed Works comprises the development of a public garden and public landscaped areas that includes all hard and soft landscaping works, along with all associated and ancillary site works at Suir Island, Old Bridge, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. The site covers an area sized 0.9ha and was formerly used as private gardens associated with Suir Island House. Please refer to Volume A of the Works Requirement for full details."
