The proposed extension ground floor contains 2no. general classrooms; a construction studies room; machine and prep room; toilets; stairs; lockers; toilets; circulation including link corridor. The first floor contains 2no. general classrooms; home economics room; textile room; lockers; stairs; toilets including a universally accessible WC; circulation including link corridor. Upgrade works to the existing building are proposed for universal accessibility, fire safety and MEP services purposes and to accommodate the link corridor tie in. The development will also include all associated site services and site works.
