Ireland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – RFT for technical, project management and IT governance advice to support the development of systems for the Mother and Baby Institutions Payment Scheme

A senior executive level expert is required to support the governance of systems development for the Mother and Baby Institutions Payment Scheme and for any upcoming ICT decisions and planning for the Office of the Chief Deciding Officer. Systems development will be undertaken by a third party, and this senior expert is required to negotiate and manage delivery through the third party. The successful bidder will have considerable professional experience of the technical and business requirements of ICT case management systems. Experience of project and portfolio management, and certification/accreditation with ISO27000, ISO 20000, ITIL, PRINCE2, PMBOK, COBIT, SOX, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery are relevant to this role.
