Jordan – Civil engineering consultancy services – Consulting Services for Project Implementation Support during the Implementation Phase of the Pipe Conveyor from Telal Al-Thahab to the downstream location on King Abdallah Canal, at Turnout 95

The primary objective of the assignment is for the Consultant to assist the Client in administering the work contract and service contract for administration and construction supervision (hereinafter referred to as “the Contracts”) with due diligence. The Consultant shall undertake the specific activities required for the execution of the tasks below. It is noted that where the Consultant is required to support the Client in the performance of its obligations as Promoter, Employer or Client, ultimate responsibility for performance of those obligations remains with the Client. Wherever appropriate and not in conflict with the Contract, the Consultant shall exercise every reasonable care to protect the interests of the Client and take into account the Client’s responsibilities under the project financing agreements, works contract and service contract, including safety and environmental considerations. The duties and responsibilities of the Consultant, during the various periods of performance of the Services include, but are not limited to, the following: Project Management support Financial Management support Contract and Procurement Management support
