Norway – Natural gas – Voluntary ex ante transparency notice - Delivery of natural gas to Stord Hospital.

Helse Fonna HF intends to enter into a framework agreement with Renovo AS for the delivery of gas for heating Stord hospital. The company is connected to Renovo AS ́ gas pipeline network for deliveries and Helse Fonna HF is dependent on gas deliveries via this pipeline network. Renovo AS owns the pipeline network and infrastructure and is, thus, the only possible tenderer. The terms in PPR § 13-4 letters b points 2 and 3 procurements without a competition are deemed to be fulfilled. The consumption of gas for heating is expected to be on average approx. 780MWh per annum. The contract will be valid from 01.01.2025 to 31.08.2028, as well as options for a further 4*1 years. The contract will be signed 10 days after an intention notice has been published.
