Luxembourg – Technical assistance services – Advisory support to ANDIS in developing the governance and financing models for the 3 Regional Emergency Hospitals in Iasi, Cluj and Craiova

Under this assignment, advisory support will be provided to ANDIS in preparing, planning and developing the governance and financing models which will be needed for the operationalisation of the Iasi, Cluj and Craiova regional emergency hospitals. This assignment shall be considered in the implementation of all the other “Soft measures”, that include human resources strategy and trainings , regional referral networks, improvement of clinical organisation as well as setting up of the transfer plan for clinical activities.
