Norway – Parts of machinery for mining, quarrying and construction – Procurement of crusher works with accompanying CLS agreement

The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for crusher works (procurement agreement). The crushing plant shall be used in Norway and it must be constructed to tolerate outdoor storage, as well as operation under Norwegian climate conditions and outer stress. There will be no land current available where the crushing plant will operate. The crusher must, therefore, be able to function independently of external electricity supply.

The objective of the CLS agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority acquires the necessary competence for correct use, handling and maintenance of crusher works. It is a prerequisite that the same supplier who delivers the crushing plant also offers the accompanying goods and services. The chosen tenderer will have overall responsibility for all technical support connected to the crushing work.
