Norway – Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – Welfare technology, framework agreement

The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of welfare technology to AlarmSentralen IKS as the contracting authority and 17 of their 17 owner municipalities. Equipment approved by the contracting authority for use in the response centre system shall be able to be procured or hired by each participating municipality as needed. The contracting authority would also like an option to procure signal installations and systems for nursing homes via the framework agreement. The following municipalities are also participants in this framework agreement: - Askvoll. - Aurland. -Bremerton - Flurry - Gloppen - Hyllestad Peaks -Cheek -Luster - Lærdal -City Stryn Sogndal Solund. Sunnfjord -Inlet Årdal. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 150,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
