Kildare (St Brigid’s) (“the Client”) is the Contracting Authority and seeks Tenders for the provision of dedicated intermediate Ambulance Services This Supplementary Request for Tenders (SRFT) is issued in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the HSE’s Panel Agreements for the provision of Ambulance Services to Transfer Low and Medium Acuity Patients Between Healthcare Facilities RFT 214968 – HSE 15810. As one of the Panel Agreement Members included in Panel Agreement Lot 3: Longford, Westmeath, Offaly, Laois, Kildare and West Wicklow., you are now invited to consider this SRFT and respond with a formal Tender.
