Norway – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – PCR system for diagnostics of airway viruses to Nordland Hospital.

The objective of the procurement is to procure 1 PCR system for diagnosing respiratory viruses with the accompanying instrument dependent consumables (analysing cassettes/kits). The number of analyses is estimated to be 2,000 per annum. The number of tests per kit and the shelf life of the kit after opening must be adapted to the analysis volume. The stated consumption is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The instrument shall be used in the emergency centre and shall not be operated by bio-engineers. Emphasis is put on the fact that the instrument is simple and intuitive in use. The instrument shall be placed on a bench with a width of 100 cm and a depth of 80 cm. Due to a lack of space, the offered instrument must not exceed the stated measurements. Safety bench shall not be required.
