Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) hereby invites tenderers to participate in a competition for the procurement of enterprise architects. The Mime business programme is established with an architectural function that supports the programme's architectural work. The function has both a business focus and a technical focus that interacts with the line in the defence sector and therefore has a need for functional and technical architects including security. The Mime programme shall ensure coordinated control and control with the procurement of an overall tactical INI (information infrastructure), until 2030, with the accompanying focus on the realisation of effects and gains. The programme shall, from a now situation to the target picture for 2030, carry out material projects and alteration activities (DOTLPFI), which, based on delivery phases and iterations, shall give operative effect and benefit. Architecture is a central means of creating wholeness and connection, and it is used in planning and implementing the necessary measures. The procurement will be carried out as an open tender contest.
