Norway – Hotel services – Contract award: Hotel services - patients and relatives to Helse Bergen HF

Helse Bergen would like to enter into a contract for hotel services for patients at Helse Bergen HF and their relatives. The agreement is meant to cover Helse Bergen HF ́s need for hotel accommodation when the patient hotel at Haukeland University Hospital is full. Helse Bergen would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with 2 tenderers, provided that sufficient suitable tenders are received. If parallel framework agreements are signed, the framework agreements will be entered into in prioritised order based on the evaluation of received tenders. The contract ́s total estimated value is NOK 1,200,000. Excluding VAT. The total maximum value of the agreement for the entire contract period including all options is NOK 1,800,000. Excluding VAT. The stated scope is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. Both the covid and the coming proton centre mean that the agreement ́s estimated value is uncertain.
