Norway – Police uniforms – Uniform for the Norwegian Police National Response Department

The aim of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that shall cover the need for a two-part uniform (jacket and trouser) for the Norwegian Police National Response Department. The need is commercial off-the-shelf products adapted to tactical service when teams are summoned to high-risk situations and critical events, including hostage situations and terrorist threats. The uniform shall function well in different environments, including urban and rural settings, across different seasons in Norway. The uniform will also be used for extensive training activities and must withstand substantial wear and wear. The colour should be grey. The framework agreement shall apply for the Norwegian Police National Response Department. On the basis of previous years' acquisitions, and without any obligation for the Contracting Authority, the contract value estimate is approximately 750 000 EUR excluding VAT for the duration of the contract, including options. There may be a greater need for the procured products than the given estimate due to unforeseen events or changes in the Contracting authority's needs.
