WinCC OA is a Scada (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system for controlling and monitoring road installations (e.g. tunnels) from the Road Traffic Centres. WinCC OA is a SCADA product from Siemens that different suppliers can configure and tailor to final customers.
