The objective of this tender is to establish a framework agreement with 8 service providers under the programme´s new service that is the GET.invest Finance Readiness Support. The service providers under this agreement will deliver in-depth technical advisory resulting in the client accessing its first commercial capital. Clients under this service will be locally owned and managed early-stage energy access companies in Sub-Saharan Africa, which are looking to grow by accessing investment. The service will deliver business development support (for e.g. operations and process optimisation, credit risk management, business strategy, capacity building, branding) and access to finance advisory (for e.g. pitch deck/teaser/data room creation, investment strategy, introduction to financiers, negotiations with financiers). A strong track-record in working with African entrepreneurs in the sector, going an extra mile to support the client and successfully raising capital of small ticket sizes will be vital for successful delivery of this service.
